Self-Care Accupressure mini-courses
Accupressure is an ancient healing art that uses the fingers to press key points on the skin in order to stimulate the body's natural self-curative abilities, and to balance the body thus maintaining good health. You will leave with instructions to continue on your own after you leave. This is based on the work of Michael Reed Gach, with whom I have studied.
