‎"Fear less, hope more, eat less, chew more, whine less, breathe more, talk less, say more, hate less, love more, and good things will be yours." Swedish Proverb.

What does humbleness towards the future mean?

Rudolf Steiner wrote (Metamorphosis of the Soul, Vol 2):

Ideally, it would mean saying to oneself: Whatever the next hour or day may bring, I cannot change it by fear or anxiety, for it is not yet known. I will therefore wait for it with complete inward restfulness, perfect tranquility of mind. Anyone who can meet the future in this calm, relaxed way, without impairing his active strength and energy, will be able to develop the powers of soul freely and intensively. It is as if hindrance after hindrance fall away, as the soul comes to be more and more pervaded by this feeling of humbleness towards approaching events.

MY HOME - In my home, a stranger walks in and leaves us as family. In my house, everyone tells their story and we all speak freely. In my home, love provides the shelter to protect a tired soul. In my home, our hearts remain young as our bodies grow old. My home was once small and I felt quite sad and lonely. I now share my home with friends in so many beautiful countries…

You cannot learn about Love,
love appears on the wings of grace

Why do you stay in prison?
When the door is so wide open?
Move outside the tangle of fear thinking.
Live in silence.

To love is to be able to hold your tongue during the moments that you might be angry because, while the anger may fade, the hurt caused by words said in anger can remain for a lifetime. When you feel anger coming on, focus on your breath, become fully present in your mind and you will feel peace of the Spirit. ♥ Love & Peace Always! ♥

Benediction
You go nowhere by accident,
Wherever you go, God is sending you,
Wherever you are, God has put you there.
He has a purpose in your being there.
Christ who dwells in you has something he wants to do through you, where you are.
Believe this and go in his Grace, Love and Power.
Amen

"If you are depressed you are living in the past. If you are anxious, you are living in the future. If you are at peace, you are living in the present."
~Lao Tzu

"Meditation begins now, right here. It can't begin someplace else or at some other time. To paraphrase the great Zen master Dogen, "If you want to practice awareness, then practice awareness without delay." If you wish to know a mind that is tranquil and clear, sane and peaceful, you must take it up now. If you wish to free yourself from the frantic television mind that runs our lives, begin with the intention to be present now.

Nobody can bring awareness to your life but you.

Meditation is not a self-help program--a way to better ourselves so we can get what we want. Nor is it a way to relax before jumping back into busyness. It's not something to do once in awhile, either, whenever you happen to feel like it.

Instead, meditation is a practice that saturates your life and in time can be brought into every activity. It is the transformation of mind from bondage to freedom.

In practicing meditation, we go nowhere other than right here where we now stand, where we now sit, where we now live and breathe. In meditation we return to where we already are--this shifting, changing ever-present now.

If you wish to take up meditation, it must be now or never.”

Close the language-door,and open the love-window-
The moon won't use the door, only the window.
